Nuwa

Someone trying to work out who a person is from a photo, or from a name or text query, is the situation Nuwa is built for.

Nuwa is an AI face recognition and image scanning tool that describes itself as the first Real World Social (RWS) Scanner, identifying people through either Face Search or Text Search.

The idea is simple: one photo corresponds to one identity.

That keeps the logic easy to understand, but it also means the results depend heavily on the picture you give it.

Face Search has strict upload guidelines, and you have to follow them for a search to work.

Photos with shadows, obstructions or several people in the frame should be avoided, so a clear, single-subject portrait is what you want to use.

Text Search gives you a second route when you have no usable photo.

Nuwa sits in the image analysis and AI search engine space, and it is tagged for office and productivity use.

Expect to spend a little time preparing your images before you get a decent result, because the tool is picky about its inputs.
