Nittii

Nittii builds bots for Facebook Messenger only. That focus defines the product.

Nittii is a chatbot builder that lets businesses create Messenger bots for marketing, sales, and customer support, and it automates routine conversations with customers on that one channel.

The platform is meant to be easy to use, so you can set up a basic bot without much fuss.

Going further is a different matter.

Advanced customization may call for some technical knowledge, which is worth knowing if you expect to build complex flows.

How well a bot performs also depends on how carefully you design it and how good the content behind it is.

An automated chat with weak replies will not win anyone over.

The main catch is the platform limit.

If your customers reach you through WhatsApp, Instagram, or a website chat widget, Nittii will not cover them.

If your audience already talks to you on Facebook Messenger, it is a straightforward way to handle sales questions, marketing messages, and support requests there.
