ngSurvey

Commercial open source licensing is how ngSurvey is sold, so expect costs rather than a free download. ngSurvey is an AI survey software platform that lets enterprises create, distribute and analyze surveys, either on their own servers or in the cloud.

The on-premise route is the main draw for organizations that want to keep response data in-house, though you take on the infrastructure management that comes with it.

Some technical expertise may be needed to use every feature.

On the survey side, ngSurvey offers customizable themes and logic, support for multiple languages, and multi-channel distribution.

It also connects to third-party services.

AI assists with building surveys and with analyzing the results, which suits teams running market research or collecting feedback at scale.

The feature set covers a wide range of survey needs, so ngSurvey makes more sense for a company with a real research program than for someone who needs a quick form.

Smaller teams may find the deployment choices and licensing more than they need, and the setup effort is worth weighing before you commit.
