Nero

Nero has been making multimedia software for Windows PCs for a long time. The company sells a suite covering video editing, streaming, converting, burning, data security and global broadcasting, so Nero is closer to a toolbox than a single app.

Newer additions are AI tools for image upscaling, video upscaling and photo tagging, which put Nero in the AI photo editor and AI video upscaler space alongside its older products.

The range goes beyond software.

Nero also lists backup tools and PC tuning utilities, plus hardware accessories such as Bluetooth AUX adapters and webcam covers.

That mix is unusual for a tool in image generation and editing, and it means the AI features are one part of a much larger catalog.

If you want a single vendor for disc burning, media conversion and some AI cleanup of photos and video on a Windows machine, Nero covers that ground.

If you only need one AI task, check which product actually contains it before you buy into the wider suite.
