MyThinkingCap

MyThinkingCap gives children aged 5 to 12 a set of AI tools built around school curriculum. It is an AI learning platform where kids can create images, write stories and work on other creative and academic tasks, rather than a general chatbot handed to a child.

Safety is the main selling point.

The platform is free of ads and inappropriate content, which matters if you are wary of letting a younger child loose on mainstream AI products.

Kids work with expert characters designed by real-life experts, so the learning feels guided instead of open-ended.

The tool sits across several areas: image generation, creative writing, story generation, math help, recipes and song creation, plus a teacher-style role.

That spread suits a household or classroom that wants one place for homework help and play.

Because the content is meant for ages 5 to 12, older teens and adults will find it too narrow.

MyThinkingCap is listed as free, and the platform also offers subscription options described as affordable.
