mxHERO Inc.

Sitting in front of your email system, mxHERO AI applies large language models to the messages and attachments a company already sends and receives. mxHERO is an AI email assistant and governance tool that handles security, compliance and storage for business email.

Its focus is on classifying and routing email by rule, so sensitive data is protected and the right content ends up in the right place.

The selling point is practical. mxHERO says it cuts email data sprawl and the storage costs that come with it, and it ties that reduction to lower environmental impact.

Automation is meant to save staff time on manual filing and handling.

Centralized control and reporting give administrators one place to see what is happening with email data.

Expect some initial configuration and rule setup before it does useful work.

It relies on cloud storage services, and the quality of its classification and routing depends on how accurate the AI is.

Teams with strict compliance needs should test that accuracy first.
