MetroMax Solutions

Hiring Salesforce talent or finding a team to build your website, app or internal software can stall a project before it starts.

MetroMax Solutions is an IT services and staffing company that covers Salesforce implementation, custom web and mobile app development, and IT staffing for business growth.

The company sits in the chatbot category because it also offers AI chatbot services, though that is one line on a much longer service list.

Other services include full-stack development, product development, IT application development and maintenance, and VAPT services.

For Salesforce staffing, MetroMax Solutions places talent on three terms: direct or permanent, contract or temporary, and contract-to-hire.

That flexibility matters if you are unsure how long you will need a specialist.

MetroMax Solutions follows a four-step process for talent acquisition.

It starts with requirement scoping, then talent quest and scrutiny, then presentation and deliberation, and ends with integration and sustenance.

This is a services firm rather than a self-serve software product, so expect to work with people, not sign up for an app.
