Mercor

Mercor matches remote workers with jobs around the world. The platform is an AI recruiting tool that uses AI-driven matching to connect candidates with relevant roles, and it gives companies a way to find talent across borders.

Candidates get a simplified application process instead of filling out a new form for every opening.

Mercor also facilitates compliant global payments, which matters when an employer and a contractor sit in different countries and the paperwork gets complicated.

Matching depends on AI, and AI matching will not always land on the right role for you.

Popular listings may draw plenty of competition from other candidates.

Companies should also expect to ask Mercor directly about costs, since pricing for employers is not clear.

If you want remote work and are happy to let software do the first round of sorting, Mercor is a reasonable place to start.
