Mayday

Double-booked afternoons and calendars scattered across several accounts are what Mayday goes after.

Mayday is an AI calendar app for iOS, macOS and iPadOS that helps you organize events, schedule meetings and keep time free for the work that matters.

You can pull multiple calendars into one view, so you are not flipping between accounts to see what is open.

Natural language event creation means you type something like a plain sentence and get an event, instead of filling in fields.

The AI scheduling suggestions point to times that fit, and the time protection features are there to prevent overbooking.

Scheduling links let people pick a slot without the usual back and forth of emails.

Some features are still marked as coming soon, so not everything is available yet.

Mayday also works best when the people you meet with adopt it too, which may be a hurdle for a mixed team.

And expect a bit of a learning curve before you use all the AI-assisted features well.

It is an Apple-platform calendar, so check that fits your devices first.
