Massive

Filtering jobs by visa sponsorship is the most specific thing Massive does, and it matters if you are job hunting in a country where you need an employer to sponsor you.

Massive is an AI job application tool that automates the process by customizing your resume and cover letter for each role it finds.

The appeal is volume without the grind: you submit more applications while spending less time on each one.

Massive also surfaces leads you might not have found by searching yourself.

Application quality depends on the AI, and the output will not always be perfect.

If customization is thin, applications can read as generic.

Results also hinge on how accurate your profile and preferences are, so spend time getting those right before you let Massive apply on your behalf.
