Marlee

Marlee works from answers your team members give to a series of questions, and everything it says about collaboration builds on that data.

Marlee is an AI coaching and productivity tool that gives individuals and teams personalized coaching and insights, with a data-backed, science-based approach.

That setup means the quality of the advice depends on how accurate and honest those answers are, so it suits teams willing to take the questions seriously.

Beyond day-to-day coaching, Marlee covers a few related jobs.

It supports conflict resolution, helps people understand themselves and their colleagues better, and assists with talent acquisition and development, so it can serve recruiting as well as existing teams.

The goal is to improve collaboration and performance without hiring a human coach for every person.

One catch: full access to features may require a paid subscription.

If you manage a team and want structured coaching that scales across many people, Marlee is a reasonable one to try.

If you expect instant insight with no input from anyone, it will disappoint.
