Marketch

Marketch is an AI-powered hiring tool designed to remove subjective guesswork from recruitment decisions.

It helps hiring managers and recruiters identify qualified candidates while actively reducing unconscious bias through automated screening and objective candidate assessments.

The platform sources and evaluates candidates across a diverse pool using AI-driven search, then provides structured insights on skills and qualifications.

Beyond initial screening, Marketch tracks hiring metrics including time-to-hire, funnel conversion rates, and progress toward diversity and inclusion goals.

The tool also applies bias-reduction principles to interview notes and offer letters, extending fairness throughout the entire hiring process.
