Maket

Maket is an AI floor plan generator that produces architectural plans and design options from your requirements, aimed mainly at homeowners exploring a project before they hire anyone.

The platform is reached through its website, and the free Basic plan stays free forever.

It covers one active project, unlimited floor plan generation, basic floor plan editing, and 5 image generation credits at low resolution.

The Pro plan costs $30 a month or $288 a year, which works out to $24 a month on the annual option.

Pro removes the project cap and adds export to DXF, PDF and JPEG, versioning, and advanced floor plan editing.

You also get 50 image generation credits, 2D to 3D conversion, a shareable link to your project, and advanced generation constraints for steering what the AI produces.

Maket also works as an AI image generator and interior design assistant, so one account covers layout and visual ideas.

The free tier is enough to test whether the plans suit you.

If you need CAD-friendly exports or more than one project, you will have to pay for Pro.
