About This Tool
Overview
Practice tests that mimic the real Duolingo English Test are the core of LuIA, and each one comes back with a score and a written report.
LuIA is an AI test preparation platform for people sitting the Duolingo English Test, and it grades your answers with GPT-4 and Whisper AI, the latter handling speech recognition for spoken responses.
The reports point to the areas where you lose points, so you know what to work on before the actual exam.
That is the practical value here: feedback you can act on, available whenever you want another run.
LuIA asks for camera access because it records video during practice, so you need a working webcam and some comfort with that.
And the grading is done by AI, which may not match how a human examiner would judge your English.
Use the scores as a guide rather than a prediction.
You also have to accept the terms and privacy policy to use LuIA.
