Lanceboard

You post a task as a ticket on Lanceboard, and the platform's AI matches it with freelancers whose skills and expertise fit the job.

Lanceboard is a freelance platform and AI assistant for task management that connects people who need work done with people who can do it.

Instead of browsing profiles yourself, you describe what you need and let the matching do the first pass.

Beyond matching, Lanceboard covers task planning, team collaboration and secure payment, so the whole job can stay in one spot from brief to payout.

Its tags also point to AI job description generation and chatbot features, which helps when a ticket needs clearer wording.

It is handy for small teams and solo founders who want to hand off tasks without running a hiring process each time.
