Karax.ai

As AI meeting assistants go, Karax.ai is notable for a free plan that already includes full transcripts and a chat you can use to ask questions about your meetings.

Karax.ai is an AI meeting assistant that records meetings with a bot or takes uploaded voice recordings, then produces a summary, action points, key takeaways and topics sorted by category.

The free plan allows up to 10 bot meetings and 20 recording uploads per month.

Pro costs $9.99 a month and raises the bot limit to 30 meetings, with unlimited recordings and uploads plus downloadable reports.

Business is $22 a month, removes the bot limit and adds priority email and chat support.

Enterprise is quoted individually and covers white labeling, on-premise deployment, a dedicated account manager and customizable data retention policies.

The free tier is enough to test Karax.ai on a handful of meetings.

A heavy meeting schedule will hit the cap quickly.
