ImgAIx.com

In the browser, ImgAIx.com gives you a set of free image editing tools: background removal, object removal, inpainting and upscaling.

It is an AI photo editor that costs nothing to use, and the site states there are no limits on usage or quality.

That is unusual for this kind of service, so it suits quick jobs where you do not want to set up an account or pay per image.

Batch processing is available, which helps if you have a folder of product shots or portraits that all need the same background cleanup.

ImgAIx.com also says it deletes images immediately after processing, a point worth noting if your photos are personal or client work.

Only PNG and JPG files are supported, so other formats need converting first.

A stable internet connection helps, since the processing happens online.

Results also depend on the quality of the original image, so a blurry or low-resolution source will not come out much better.

For simple cutouts and cleanups, though, ImgAIx.com covers the basics without a bill.
