Hexabot

Building and managing an AI chatbot without writing everything from scratch is the job Hexabot handles.

Hexabot is an open-source AI chatbot builder that lets individuals, small teams and larger organisations create chatbots and run them from one place.

It also sits in the no-code and low-code space, and it has an API, so developers can work with it too.

There are two editions.

The Community Edition is free and aimed at people getting started.

It covers basic chatbot creation, a limited set of extensions, community support and public extension sharing.

The Enterprise Edition is priced on request and is meant for large-scale deployments.

It adds unlimited chatbot creation, full access to all extensions, priority support, private extension development, advanced analytics, custom integrations and SLA guarantees.

The split is straightforward.

If you want to try an AI chatbot builder without paying, the Community Edition is the place to begin, though the extension limit is a real constraint as projects grow.

Teams that need private extensions or contractual support will need to talk to Hexabot about the Enterprise Edition.
