Haye AI

Copying text out of one app and pasting it into a chatbot window gets old fast. Haye AI is a macOS AI assistant that works at the system level, so reading, translation and writing help is available on the text, screenshots and files you already have open.

It is a private assistant, according to its own pitch, and it connects to macOS apps instead of living in a separate browser tab.

Haye AI puts several models in one app, including DeepSeek, o3, GPT-4o, Claude-3.5 and Gemini-2.0, so you can switch between them without juggling accounts.

It also does web search, lets you chat with PDFs, and has customizable chat styles.

The catch: it is built for Mac only, so Windows and Linux users are out of luck.
