Glarity

Summarizing a long YouTube video or a pile of search results without reading or watching all of it is the job Glarity does.

Glarity is a Chrome extension and AI summarizer that uses ChatGPT to condense YouTube videos and Google searches into short summaries, delivered in the language you choose.

It also works on other pages, including PubMed, PMC, NewsPicks, Github, Nikkei, Bing and Google Patents, plus any ordinary web page you want boiled down.

If the default summary does not fit what you need, Glarity supports customizable prompts, so you can steer how the text is condensed.

Because it runs as a browser extension, it suits people who do research, follow news or watch lots of video and want a quick read before committing time.
