FRIGOHome

In a browser, FRIGOHome turns a photo of your fridge or pantry into recipe ideas. You upload the picture, and the AI works out what ingredients you have and suggests meals built around them.

FRIGOHome is an AI cooking assistant that recommends recipes from the food already in your kitchen, with the stated aim of cutting food waste and saving money.

Beyond single recipes, FRIGOHome also generates meal plans and shopping lists, so the gaps between what you have and what you need are covered in a single place.

That makes it most useful for people who tend to buy groceries, forget them, and throw them out a week later.

The image recognition step saves you from typing out every ingredient by hand, though how well it reads a crowded shelf is something you will want to test with your own fridge.
