Fotol AI

Drop in a photo and Fotol AI hands back a version with the background cut out, an object removed, the edges extended or the resolution raised, depending on which tool you choose.

Fotol AI is an AI photo editor and image generator that also lists video editing and video generation, so image and clip work sits in one site instead of several apps.

The image tools named in detail are a background remover, an image generator, an object remover, inpainting, an expand tool that grows a picture past its original borders, and an upscaler.

A typical job might be removing a stray object from a product shot and then enlarging the result without leaving the page.

The video features are listed but less clearly spelled out, so judge those yourself before relying on them.

Old photo restoration and AI filters are planned, not live.

Fotol AI suits quick, common fixes.

If you need fine manual control over layers and masks, you will still want a traditional editor next to it.
