Formaly

Teams that want people to answer questions in a chat instead of filling out a static form are the natural audience for Formaly.

Formaly is an AI forms tool that builds conversational forms and collects feedback through chat-based responses, so respondents reply one message at a time.

The same setup can cover surveys, quizzes and question generation.

There is a free plan with 50 credits, AI-assisted form creation, basic analytics and chat responses.

Starter costs $5 a month for 60 credits, unlimited forms and response export.

Growth is $21 a month for 300 credits, advanced analytics and custom branding.

Pro is $50 a month for 800 credits, white-labeled forms and API access.

Enterprise has custom credit volume, negotiable pricing and priority support.

Credits are the limit to watch, since the free tier is small.

Discount codes have been offered on paid plans, so check current prices before you subscribe.
