Focus AI

You tell Focus AI what you want to get done, and it responds with personalized motivation, a block on the sites that pull you away, and progress tracking that is simple to read.

Focus AI is an AI productivity coach with a built-in website blocker, aimed at people who lose time to distractions.

Goals are gamified, so ticking things off feels closer to a game than a chore, which some people will find motivating and others will find gimmicky.

The catch is cost: full access needs a subscription.

The coaching also only works if you stick with it, since blocking a site does nothing for someone who simply turns the tool off.

There is a risk of leaning on Focus AI too much instead of building your own habits.

See it as a nudge, not a substitute for discipline.
