Flot.ai

Type or select text in any app or website, and Flot.ai brings ChatGPT-style help to that spot, so you get a rewrite, a translation, a summary or a draft back without switching tabs.

Flot.ai is an AI writing assistant and copilot for writing, reading and memorizing across the apps and sites you already use.

The categories attached to Flot.ai show how wide the scope is: email replies, grammar checking, text generation, outlines, translation, a chatbot and a knowledge base that grows with what you save.

That spread is the main appeal.

You keep one assistant instead of a separate tool for each job.

The catch is that a tool covering this many tasks has to prove itself on each one.

If your work is mostly email, grammar fixes or translation, try it on those first and see whether the in-place suggestions beat what you use now.

Students and anyone who reads a lot may also like the memorizing side.
