Fireflies.ai

On Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams calls, Fireflies.ai joins as a note taker and turns the conversation into a written record.

Fireflies.ai is an AI meeting assistant that records, transcribes and summarizes meetings, so nobody has to type notes while the discussion is still going on.

The transcripts are searchable, which matters most when you need to find what someone said three weeks ago without replaying the whole recording.

Summaries are generated with generative AI, and the tool brings ChatGPT-style features into the meeting workflow.

Speaker recognition labels who said what, and conversation intelligence gives you a view into how calls went beyond the raw text.

Fireflies.ai also connects with other work tools, so notes do not have to stay in one spot.

It fits teams that hold many calls across different video platforms and want one transcription tool covering all of them.

If your meetings are rare, a dedicated note taker may be more than you need.
