Fabric

As a workspace for digital content, Fabric takes a different route from folder-based drives: it organizes itself and adds an AI search engine on top.

Fabric is a self-organizing workspace and AI search tool that keeps bookmarks, ideas, and files under one roof, so you look things up instead of filing them by hand.

You can reach Fabric on the web, through a Chrome extension, or with a desktop app for MacOS and Windows.

The Chrome extension suits saving pages as you browse, while the desktop apps fit people who want the workspace open next to other work.

Fabric also works as a collaborative internet drive, so a shared space is possible rather than a purely personal archive.

It is a good fit if your notes, links, and documents are scattered across too many apps.
