Ever Efficient AI

Pause or cancel anytime, with no minimum commitment, is how Ever Efficient AI sells its service.

Ever Efficient AI is an AI automation agency that works on a subscription basis, building bots and workflows for business efficiency, with chatbot, customer service, sales, marketing, accounting and task management work among its categories.

You are paying for a team that takes requests, not for a self-serve app.

The monthly plan starts at $499.

Quarterly and yearly billing lower the monthly rate.

Every plan has the same terms: a bi-weekly alignment meeting, a two-week sprint schedule, and one request handled at a time.

Requests and revisions are unlimited, and so are bots.

Usage caps sit at 2k tasks, 10k operations and 10k bot messages.

The one-request-at-a-time queue is the catch.

If you have several projects, they wait their turn within the sprint rhythm.

A custom web scraping add-on is available for $995 a month if you need automated data extraction from websites.

The agency also invites you to ask about other add-ons.
