Elevatus

Pricing for Elevatus is not something smaller organizations should assume will be light, since cost can be a barrier for them.

Elevatus is an AI recruiting platform that automates the hiring cycle, from sourcing candidates through to reporting on how the process performed.

The main output is a managed pipeline of candidates plus analytics and reports your HR team can act on.

The platform uses AI to improve the candidate experience and supports multiple languages, which matters if you hire across several countries.

It connects with popular HR tools, so you are not forced to replace everything you already run.

Advanced analytics and reporting cover recruitment performance, and customizable permissions and roles let you control who sees what inside the system.

Elevatus may take some time to learn before you use all of its features.

Leaning heavily on AI can also reduce human contact in parts of recruitment, so decide where your recruiters should stay hands-on.

It fits larger or international hiring teams more than very small ones.
