Dynbox

AI file organizers usually want your documents moved somewhere new, but Dynbox works on top of the cloud storage you already use and, going by its own claims, keeps your files off its servers.

Dynbox is an AI file organizer that sorts and tidies documents automatically and lets you find them again with semantic search, so you describe what a file contains instead of recalling its name.

You can set sorting rules that run in the background, and the AI's suggestions can be reviewed and corrected with your feedback.

An AI chat lets you ask questions about your files.

A demo mode lets you try Dynbox without touching your real data.

The plan is free, with limited credits, and the Pro plan caps teams at 5 members.

Access to local files is marked as coming soon, so for now Dynbox is a cloud storage tool only.
