Duet Mail

Long email threads, a crowded inbox and replies you keep putting off: Duet Mail is an AI email assistant that summarizes, drafts and organizes your messages so you spend less time on them.

It works with Gmail, so you need to give it access to your account before anything happens.

The summary feature condenses a long thread into a short read, which is the part most people will notice first.

Duet Mail also suggests smart replies and helps you work out which emails matter most.

Over time it learns your tone and writing style, so drafts should sound closer to how you actually write.

How well that works depends on how much the AI adapts to you, so expect to edit early drafts.

The catch is privacy.

Because the AI reads your email content to do its job, you should be comfortable with that before connecting a work or personal inbox.

Duet Mail suits people who handle a steady flow of email in Gmail and want help with triage, summaries and first drafts, not a full replacement for reading their own mail.
