DocTransGPT

As an AI document translator, DocTransGPT runs on OpenAI's ChatGPT 3.5 and GPT-4 models instead of a conventional machine translation engine.

That is the main thing that sets it apart from older tools in the same space.

DocTransGPT is a translation app that converts PDF, DOCX and PPTX files into other languages.

You can customize a translation and send feedback to adjust the result, which helps when a contract, report or slide deck needs particular terminology or a certain tone.

A single pass from a generic engine rarely gives you that kind of control.

The app is geared toward professional and business translation across multiple languages, and it describes its output as accurate, fast and secure.

Those are the maker's claims, so run a representative file through DocTransGPT before trusting it with anything sensitive.

Having both GPT-3.5 and GPT-4 behind it also lets you match the model to the document.

It overlaps with AI writing and editing tools as much as with translation.
