About This Tool
Overview
People who set goals and then lose track of them are the ones Dewey is built around. Dewey is an AI accountability buddy and personal assistant that works over SMS, using GPT to send relevant check-ins and encouragement about what you said you would do.
There is no new app to install or dashboard to open.
You just text, which is a real advantage if you already ignore most apps on your phone.
The approach has catches.
Texting will not suit everyone, and the quality of the coaching depends on how good GPT's replies are on a given day.
Because you describe personal goals in text messages, think about how much you are comfortable sharing.
As an AI coaching tool, Dewey makes most sense for light motivation and goal tracking rather than anything that needs a human expert.
