Convictional

Decisions get made in meetings, then nobody can find why. Convictional is an AI platform for context-driven decision-making and goal alignment that records meetings, logs decisions and lets teams search past discussions.

You can make decisions together inside the platform and communicate the outcome afterward, so the reasoning stays attached to the choice.

Convictional has a free Research plan for up to

5 users, with 10 hours of meeting recording and intelligence per month.

That works for a small team trying the idea out.

The Commercial plan is priced by quote and has unlimited users and unlimited meeting recording.

It also searches across company docs and communication, adds automatic insights, and supports custom data and app integrations.

Commercial customers get on-site consulting and implementation plus data privacy assurances.

The free tier's recording cap is the limit most teams will hit first, so plan for that if meetings are your main source of decisions.
