CollabNow

CollabNow is listed as free to use, though the pricing facts are mixed, so check the current plans before you commit a team to it.

It is an AI meeting assistant and collaboration platform that combines video calls, scheduling and messaging in one spot, with AI analytics that pull insights out of your conversations.

Note taking is bot-free, so no extra participant joins your call to record it.

That works for meetings where a visible recorder would change how people talk.

Multiple users can share screens at the same time, which helps in working sessions and reviews.

CollabNow also connects with project management, CRM and cloud storage tools, so notes and follow-ups can sit next to the systems your team already uses.

A platform that covers this much has a learning curve if you are not used to all of its parts.

The AI-generated insights may sometimes be inaccurate or beside the point, so read them as a starting point and check them against what was actually said.
