Cognicio

Cognicio keeps project work and day-to-day operations in one place. It is a project management tool for teams that want to stay organized and get more done, and it reaches well past the usual task board.

Beyond projects, Cognicio covers events, digital and physical assets, and facility maintenance, which suits organizations that manage buildings and equipment as well as deadlines.

The form side is a real part of the product.

You can build customized forms for inspections or customer approval, so paperwork that usually lives in spreadsheets or on clipboards can sit next to the related work.

Its categories also include CRM, task management and workflow, so the scope is broad.

Cognicio offers custom solutions for specific industries, and restaurants, parks and recreation, and healthcare are the ones it names.

That points to a vendor willing to shape the setup around how your sector works, instead of handing everyone the same template.

If your team runs on inspections, approvals and upkeep as much as on projects, Cognicio is a sensible tool to evaluate.
