That is the basic job of ChatNode, an AI chatbot builder that trains bots on your data for customer support and knowledge base use.
Pricing is freemium.
The free plan gives you 1 chatbot, 50 messages a month and 100,000 tokens per bot, which is enough to test the idea and not much more.
Paid plans start at $19 a month.
The next tier up is $49 a month and adds 5,000 messages, 10 chatbots, 7 days of chat history, removal of ChatNode branding, your own OpenAI API key, a Slack integration and GPT-4.
API access arrives with the $99 Enterprise plan, which has 10,000 messages a month, 20 chatbots and 30 days of history.
At the top, Enterprise+ costs $399 a month for 40,000 messages, 40 chatbots, 3,000,000 tokens per bot and 60 days of chat history.
Agencies running many client bots will find the chatbot counts most relevant.
