The free plan includes 2 operators, unlimited chats and websites, 60-day chat history and basic widget customization, plus web, desktop and mobile apps.

Pro costs $29 a month on annual billing ($39 monthly) and gives you 4 operators, unlimited history, auto-invitations, a pre-chat form, saved replies, detailed reports, email and messenger integration, and a REST and JavaScript API.

The catch is that chatbots and the knowledge base sit on the Unlimited plan at $99 a month ($129 monthly).

That tier also adds teams, assignment rules, custom fields, chat ratings and Zapier integration, with no cap on operators.
