buzzabout

Before writing a campaign brief, you can use buzzabout to see what people are actually saying about your product category, without reading threads by hand.

Buzzabout is a social media listening tool that turns online discussions into insights on audience sentiment and trends, and it works across multiple social media platforms.

That matters because the same audience often talks differently in different places.

The output is meant for marketers and writers.

Buzzabout points toward ideas for content and marketing strategies, so the analysis can feed into copy, posts or ad angles.

Quick analysis is the main draw for anyone who spends too long on research.

Full access to all features requires a subscription.

Insight quality depends on the data underneath, so see results as a starting point and check anything you plan to build a campaign on before committing budget to it.
