Bubbles

Record a meeting, get an AI summary with action items, and send the recording to everyone who was invited, all without taking notes yourself.

Bubbles is an AI meeting note taker and screen recorder built for async communication, so you can also record your screen and share it instead of scheduling a call.

The free Basic plan caps recordings at 30 minutes and allows 5 meeting recordings per week, though screen recordings are unlimited.

Bubbles lock after 2 weeks on that plan, and you get 2 channels.

The Notetaker joins all your meetings, and every invitee receives the recording.

Paid plans start at $12 per member per month on yearly billing.

They remove the length and meeting limits, add AI transcripts, and let you pick which meetings the Notetaker joins and who gets recordings.

You can also customize the Notetaker's name and branding.

A Pro Personal plan at $18 per member per month suits individuals or duos, and it moves to discounted team pricing if you grow to 3 or more people.
