Botjet

Botjet produces chatbots that handle both spoken and typed conversations, and it is built for businesses that want to put a conversational interface in front of their customers.

The Botjet conversational AI platform brings together a conversation engine, deep learning, speech recognition and speech synthesis to build dialog flows that read and sound human.

That mix of speech and text is the main thing separating it from a plain text chatbot builder.

The selling point is meant for companies that want deeper engagement through digital touchpoints enabled by a conversational user interface, often called CUI.

Botjet describes its approach as simple, lasting and affordable, though you will want to check what that means for your own budget and volume before committing.

The categories point to a few practical uses: customer service bots, dialogue generation, and voice generation or conversion.

If you need an AI chatbot that can listen and talk as well as type, Botjet covers that ground.

If you only need a basic FAQ widget, a platform this broad may be more than you require.
