Premium is $59.99 a month and raises the limits to 20,000 messages per month, 300 knowledge articles and five chatbot instances.
It also adds advanced AI model access, advanced analytics, custom themes, 24/7 priority support and custom training data in PDF or TXT format.
The free tier is small, so expect to test with it rather than run a busy support desk.
Uploading PDF or TXT files only comes with Premium.
