Bothatch is a no-code chatbot builder that trains GPT-powered bots on your own documents and data, so answers come from your material instead of a generic knowledge base.

It is a SaaS platform made for customer service and internal team use.

There are three plans.

The free Bot instance is for testing: up to 10 documents, 10 MB of data, 50 messages a month, one user, and private access only.

Team Bot instance costs $30 a month and gives a private bot with unlimited documents, 50 MB of data, 1,000 messages and

Business Bot instance is $50 a month, raises data to 100 MB, and has unlimited users.

Paid plans add pay-as-you-go extra messages, a public bot on a custom URL, and integrations with your site and communication platforms.

The free tier is small, so expect to upgrade for real use.
