Bluedot

Record a Google Meet call, then get a transcript and a written summary without typing a single note.

That is the job Bluedot does.

Bluedot is an AI note taker and meeting assistant that transcribes and summarizes calls on Google Meet, Zoom, and MS Teams.

The free plan is a trial more than a tier: you get 5 meetings for the lifetime of the account, recordings up to 1 hour, a Chrome screen recorder, and a Slack integration.

Imports are not included.

Basic costs $14 per member per month and gives unlimited meetings, but audio only and still capped at 1 hour each.

Pro is $20 and adds video, unlimited duration, custom meeting templates, and Zoom and Google Drive import.

Business is $32 and is meant for sales and customer success teams, with unlimited imports, a HubSpot integration, and unlimited free members.

Salesforce integration and topic trackers are listed as coming.

If you only need to test it, the free plan will run out quickly, so expect to pay for regular use.
