AssortMail

A crowded Outlook inbox costs time every day, and AssortMail goes after that directly. AssortMail is an AI email assistant that sorts incoming Outlook messages into categories as they arrive, so you spend less time dragging mail into folders by hand.

You define the categories yourself, which matters because a sorting scheme that suits a sales team rarely suits a freelancer.

Setup is a one-click connection to Outlook.

On privacy, the service discards your communications from its servers once they have been processed.

Two catches are worth knowing.

Pricing depends on email volume, so a high-volume inbox can get expensive.

And because an AI makes the calls, some messages will occasionally land in the wrong category, though custom categories help limit that.
