The Property Managers plan is for luxury multifamily buildings with many units and several people on the team.

It adds a property management dashboard, team management with tour assignments, an advanced calendar with availability controls and priority support.

Pricing for that tier comes through contacting the company.

If you work alone, the Brokers plan covers scheduling and follow-up.

Larger teams get tour assignment and calendar controls they would otherwise handle by hand.

Arch also touches lead generation and customer service work in real estate.
