Akiflow

Planning your day around tasks, meetings and a calendar in one spot is the job Akiflow takes on.

Akiflow is a digital planner and calendar that helps you manage tasks and organize your time, and it sits in the AI scheduling and productivity category alongside tools that pull your to-dos and appointments into a single view.

Pricing is freemium.

The Pro Monthly plan costs $34 a month and includes unlimited integrations, tasks and meetings, all features, and a 1:1 coaching call.

Pro Yearly works out to $19 a month billed yearly, which is a saving of 44 percent, and you can cancel anytime.

Both paid plans come with a 7 day free trial of the Aki assistant.

The monthly price is not small for a planner, so the yearly plan is the one to look at if you plan to stick with it.

Akiflow is pitched at busy professionals who want to save around two hours a day.
