Affirmy

Affirmy has a free tier called Spark, which gives you 2 welcome messages, so you can see how the service reads before paying anything.

Affirmy is an AI affirmation tool that emails you guided, personalized affirmations for personal wellness and steadier positive self-talk.

Paid plans scale by message count.

Bloom costs $6 a month, billed $70 annually, and covers 8 messages a month, which suits a weekly check-in.

Radiate is $13 a month, billed $150 annually, with 30 messages a month for a daily affirmation.

Luminary is $33 a month, billed $390 annually, with 100 messages a month, priority email support and early access to new features.

Its description suggests it also fits people who want to guide others.

Every plan, including the free one, includes AI-guided curation, scheduling and automation, and an archive of past affirmations.

Delivery is by email only, so Affirmy works best if you like a short note in your inbox rather than an app.

The free tier is small, and message limits are the main thing to weigh when choosing a plan.
